Ashley Macom serves as the Organizational Culture and Executive Support Specialist at Bright Path, where she is passionate about supporting the people who make meaningful care possible. In her role, Ashley helps guide recruitment, onboarding, and team development, ensuring that each staff member feels welcomed, supported, and equipped to make a difference in the lives of the teens and families Bright Path serves.
Ashley believes that strong teams create the foundation for compassionate and effective care. She enjoys building relationships with team members, helping new staff feel confident as they begin their journey with Bright Path, and fostering a positive workplace culture rooted in collaboration, empathy, and purpose.
Ashley earned her Bachelor’s degree from Appalachian State University and is currently pursuing her MBA to further strengthen her leadership and organizational impact.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with family and friends, planning meaningful events, and cheering on her favorite sports teams. She also has a background in cheerleading and coaching, which helped shape her passion for teamwork, encouragement, and helping others grow.
