Lily graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2025 with a degree in Psychology. After college, she worked in inpatient settings where she gained hands‑on experience and developed a deep passion for supporting individuals during challenging moments.

Lily joined Bright Path in search of a team‑oriented, collaborative environment — and she quickly found exactly that. What she appreciates most about Bright Path is the people: her coworkers are some of the most dedicated, compassionate, and genuinely caring individuals she has ever known.

Working alongside a team that shares the same values and commitment to making a difference has been incredibly rewarding for her.Looking ahead, Lily plans to attend graduate school and pursue her goal of becoming a pediatric psychologist.

She is excited to continue learning, growing, and making a positive impact in the lives of young people.Outside of work, Lily is passionate about all things related to cute animals — especially her dog, Bear, a goofy companion who provides endless stories and joy.

She also loves hiking and spending time in nature whenever she can. And above all, Lily is a devoted Swiftie; there is almost always a Taylor Swift song playing somewhere in her day.
