Care Begins Here.
Finding the right support for your teen can feel overwhelming. We’re here to meet you where you’re at and walk beside your family, step by step. If Bright Path is the right fit, we’ll continue that journey together. If it’s not, we’ll help you find the right direction.
Every Journey Is Different — Your Admissions Process Should Reflect That
When families reach out, we begin with a simple ask:
“Tell me what’s going on?”
We ask this because when you’re lost in the thick of it, the last thing you want to do is complete a scripted screener. Your first conversation is a chance to tell your story in your own words — at your own pace — so we can begin building a path that fits.
There is no pressure. No judgment. No scripted checklist. Just a real conversation with someone who understands what you're going through.

We start with understanding — not paperwork.
You'll speak with an Admissions Coordinator trained in both the emotional and clinical pieces of seeking help. We listen, answer questions, and guide the next step without pressure.
This call helps us understand the full picture.
We ask about daily functioning, school, previous treatment, safety, and what “better” would look like for your teen. This helps us tailor care from the beginning.
Your teen’s story gets expert eyes — quickly.
Our Clinical Director reviews everything within 24 hours to ensure your teen receives the right level of support.
A private, judgment-free conversation with your teen.
This virtual session helps us understand their perspective, needs, and readiness for treatment. It’s free and carries no obligation.
A structured beginning that feels human, not clinical.
Your family gets a tour, meets the care team, sets initial goals, and collaborates on a safety plan.
Level of Care Assessment
Level of Care Assessments are used in instances where our Clinical Director determines that more information about what is going on is needed. It is a free service available to families going through the admissions process.
You Don’t Have to Navigate This Alone

Real change takes more than good therapy.
It takes structure. Support. Collaboration. It takes people who see the whole picture. At Bright Path, each teen is surrounded by a care team made up of both clinical and non-clinical professionals. Because teens don’t live in a therapy bubble—they live in families, classrooms, friendships, and futures. We believe care should reflect that.
What to Expect on Admission Day
A calm, supportive start the moment you arrive.
A Warm Welcome
Our team greets your family, explains what to expect, and gives teens time to settle. This gentle beginning reduces anxiety and helps everyone feel grounded.
Familiarity creates safety.
Tour of the Space
We show your family the group rooms, creative areas, snack spaces, and academic zone so you know exactly where you’ll be throughout the day.
One conversation. No repeating your story.
Integrated Assessment
Parents, teens, therapists, and a psychiatric provider meet together to share experiences, clarify concerns, and set an aligned foundation for treatment.
A private space for honesty and relief.
Teen-Only Time
Building trust directly with the teen helps establish alignment from the very beginning. We’re teen-centered by design, and that means giving teens a foundation where their voice leads.
Support for you, too.
Parent Support Meetings
While the teen meets privately, parents/caregivers connect with the Teen Care Advocate to address barriers, school needs, communication expectations, and next steps.
A gentle introduction to the program.
Forming Trust:
Teens participate at their own pace — no pressure to talk or share. This first experience helps them get comfortable and begin forming trust.
Clarity and support for everyone.
Personalized Safety Plan
Before parents/caregivers go home, the teen creates a personalized safety plan with their therapist. Parents/caregivers receive a copy so everyone understands how to support safety and stability.
A collaborative plan from Day One.
First Treatment Goals
Teens and their therapist identify initial goals that reflect both their needs and their family’s priorities. This creates direction and purpose right from the start.
