Jazel Ellis

Jazel is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (online) at Wake Forest University.

She is passionate about working with diverse populations, including youth, adults, and individuals from marginalized communities. Her clinical interests include person-centered therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy.

Inspired by her own experiences in therapy, she is excited to complete her internship at Bright Path and continue developing her skills in individual, group, and family counseling. Outside of her work, she enjoys reading, writing, traveling, and spending time with her Chipoo, Desiree.
