Bri’s counseling approach is rooted in the belief that true healing emerges when we honor the connection between mind, body, and spirit. As a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student at NC State University, she brings a holistic, trauma‑informed lens to her work with adolescents in the PHP program at Bright Path.
Bri strives to create an authentic, inclusive space that values humanness and somatic awareness, helping clients bridge the gap between their cognitive insights and their lived, felt experiences. She is especially committed to providing affirming and inclusive care for LGBTQIA+ individuals, neurodivergent clients, and those from diverse cultural backgrounds.
As a certified NeuroDynamic Breathwork™ facilitator, Bri integrates somatic tools to support nervous system regulation and help clients connect with their inner wisdom. Her previous career as a classically trained chef and hospitality director taught her the deep importance of nourishment—not only through food, but through creating environments where people feel genuinely seen, supported, and safe.
She carries this philosophy into her clinical work, ensuring that every individual feels a sense of belonging.Outside of the clinic, Bri is an adventure‑driven explorer who has lived and traveled around the world in search of unique experiences both above and below the water as an avid scuba diver.
When she’s not working with clients, she can often be found riding her motorcycle, taking on DIY woodworking projects, or spending time outdoors hiking and relaxing with her dog.
