Dejha Deaver

Dejha earned her bachelor’s degree from Elizabeth City State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work at Arkansas State University with a focus on clinical mental health. She holds a certification in Youth Mental Health First Aid and serves as a volunteer committee member and presenter for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.

Her desire to intern with Bright Path stems from a deep-rooted passion for helping those navigating suicidal ideation, depression, and anxiety. By bridging her clinical studies with her personal and professional experience, Dejha looks forward to providing compassionate, person-centered, and equitable care that supports teens on their journey toward healing and wellbeing.

In her free time, Dejha enjoys traveling, playing video games, and exploring local bakeries.
